Project Manager (LVN - outdoor engineering networks)

UAB Infrada is a road and street construction and engineering network installation company. It can offer its clients not only outdoor surface installation works, but also provides comprehensive services, including the installation of outdoor engineering networks (LVN).

The company, seeking to strengthen its positions in the installation of outdoor engineering networks, is looking for an Engineering Networks Project Manager.

• Work organization and coordination of work managers/subcontractors at facilities (Storm and domestic wastewater, water supply);
• Quality control of the work performed;
• Control of subordinate employees, distribution of tasks;
• Control of ordering, supply and cost of materials;
• Preparation of technical documentation;
• Representation of the company's interests in communication with the customer and subcontractors;.

• At least 3 years of experience working with field engineering networks (LVN);
• Knowledge of field engineering network construction processes;
• Ability to work rationally and efficiently, initiative;
• Excellent organizational, teamwork, planning, communication skills, ability to make decisions, leadership;

The company is looking for an proactive employee who is willing and able to actively participate in the development of the company's activities.

2800-3200 €/mon. net
Fixed salary (specified in the advertisement) + bonuses depending on performance results.
Bonuses paid:

• A bonus is paid to the basic salary as a percentage of the results achieved at the facility.
• Annual bonus (in the amount of the basic salary) when the company achieves annual goals.
