You are able to read drawings, understand customer needs and turn them into real visions - this job posting is just for you! We invite a project manager to join the constantly growing and working as one harmonious mechanism UAB "TAUMONA" team.
Your job:
- Clarification of customer needs.
- Systematization of information provided in large-scale drawings, analysis of possibilities, selection of appropriate solutions, assessing technical and raw material acquisition limitations.
- Preparation of proposals with the assistance of estimators.
- Development of project plans and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Cooperation with other departments (design, production, planning, supply, etc.) in order to ensure the optimal use of time, human resources and raw material resources in the implemented projects.
We expect from you:
- Higher/higher education (an advantage – in the fields of finance, engineering sciences).
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to fluently express thoughts in writing and orally in Lithuanian and English.
- Analytical thinking, independence, initiative.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills.
- Excellent time planning and work organization skills, ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
- Good computer skills.
- Responsibility and ability to solve problems.
