PROJECT MANAGER | METAL STRUCTURE PROJECTS

Our client is a rapidly growing design, manufacturing and installation company that implements exceptional space installation, metal structures, fencing and security systems projects in Lithuania and other European countries.

Strengthening the project management team, the company is looking for an experienced project manager. In this position, you will not only manage projects, but also become an important part of the decision-making team. You will have a real influence on project management processes, you will be able to propose and implement more efficient working methods and technological solutions. As the scope of projects grows, you will also be able to contribute to team formation.

Your responsibilities

• Manage projects for the installation of various spaces from preparation to final handover to the client.
• Analyze project documentation and plan the work progress, deadlines, budget and necessary resources.
• Coordinate the work of the internal team, contractors, manufacturers and other project partners and ensure smooth delivery.
• Control project deadlines, budget and quality, manage risks and promptly resolve emerging issues.
• Maintain contact with clients, coordinate the delivery of objects and contribute to the development of project management processes and the team.

What experience and qualities are we looking for

We will evaluate

• At least 2 years of project management experience. Experience in construction, real estate, space installation or a related field would be an advantage.
• Ability to read technical drawings and design documentation and understand construction and interior installation processes.
• Good planning, prioritization, deadline and risk management skills.
• Ability to coordinate different project participants, communicate professionally with clients and substantiate proposed solutions.
• Knowledge of English, necessary for working with international clients and documentation. Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage when communicating at sites.
• Independence, initiative and responsibility for the result.
• Ability to travel to sites in the Baltic States.
