Project Manager | Real Estate Development

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and be responsible for coordinating the development processes of real estate projects.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is well-versed in working with land plots, territorial planning and real estate development processes, is able to independently manage projects and effectively cooperate with surveyors, designers, lawyers, state institutions and other partners.
Place of work - Panevėžys county

We expect that you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in real estate development, territorial planning, land management or project management.
• Have a good understanding of Lithuanian real estate development processes.
• Have practical experience working with:

purchase and sale of land plots;
establishment of use procedures;
establishment of easements;
land plot formation and transformation projects;
territorial planning documents;
design and construction permit obtaining processes.

• Able to independently plan work and make decisions.
• You are proactive, responsible and result-oriented.
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Have a category B driver's license and your own car.
