PROJECT MANAGER – NON-STANDARD FURNITURE PRODUCTION PROJECTS

We are looking for a project manager who is able to professionally manage furniture production projects from the first contact with the client to the final implementation of the project.

Furniture project management from receipt of order to transfer to the client;
Communication with clients and clarification of their needs;
Preparation of commercial offers;
Control of project scope, deadlines and budget;
Coordination of technical information between the client and designers;
Work planning and task allocation for production, subcontracting, supply, transport, installation;
Project progress control according to set deadlines;
Cooperation with project teams;
Coordination of delivery and installation works;
Resolution of non-standard situations and discrepancies;
Control of project profitability and additional work;
Administration of project documentation and information in the system;
Ensuring the final result and customer satisfaction.

At least 2 years of project management experience;
Furniture manufacturing, interior design or similar field – a big advantage;
Ability to read furniture drawings and understand furniture construction;
Good understanding of materials, fittings and furniture production processes;
Ability to manage several projects at the same time;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Responsibility for results and deadlines;
Ability to make independent decisions;
Computer skills: MS Excel, Word. Experience working with furniture design programs (SketchUp, imos), CRM system – an advantage.
Lithuanian – a must, English and Russian – an advantage.
