Project Manager for remote work

We are looking for a responsible and proactive project manager who would lead research projects from planning to the final result. This position is intended for people who are able to lead, make decisions and ensure high quality of work throughout the process.

Job Description

• Planning, organizing and leading mystery shopping and market research projects;
• Communication with clients in Lithuania and abroad;
• Control of project deadlines, budgets and quality;
• Data analysis and report preparation;
• Supervision and quality assurance of research implementation;
• Team management and task allocation;
• Collaboration with partners and field workers.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in project management and/or leadership;
• Excellent organizational and planning skills;
• Ability to simultaneously lead projects;
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Good computer skills (MS Office, excel);
• Fluent in spoken and written English;
• Experience in market research would be an advantage.
