Nature of work:
- Coordinate the daily operations of solar power plants and BESS, ensuring their smooth and uninterrupted operation;
- Plan and organize scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair work;
- Coordinate the internal team and subcontractors - allocate tasks, monitor their implementation and resolve any problems that arise;
- Analyze technical failures, coordinate their resolution and ensure that the work is completed on time;
- Communicate with customers, investors, partners and other project participants;
- Monitor project documentation, procedures, costs and reports;
- Provide technical and organizational support to the team, and in case of failures - set priorities and organize the necessary resources.
We hope you:
- Have a higher education (engineering or electrical engineering - a big advantage);
- Have experience in the field of electric power, electrical engineering, solar power plants and/or BESS;
- Know project management and technical maintenance and operation processes;
- Able to independently organize work, coordinate a team and contractors;
- Are solution-oriented, responsible, organized and proactive;
- Able to respond quickly to technical problems and properly set priorities;
- Communicate well in English and easily understand new systems;
- Are curious, want to learn and improve in the energy field.
