Nature of work:
- Ensure smooth operation of solar power plants and energy storage systems (BESS) by coordinating their technical maintenance;
- Plan and organize preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting;
- Coordinate the activities of the internal team and subcontractors, distribute tasks and control their implementation;
- Analyze technical failures, set work priorities and organize their resolution;
- Maintain contact with customers, investors and partners, ensuring smooth cooperation;
- Control project budgets, costs, documentation and prepare activity reports.
We hope you:
- Have experience in the field of electrical energy, electrical engineering, solar power plants or BESS;
- You are familiar with project management and maintenance processes;
- You are able to independently organize work and coordinate the team and subcontractors;
- You are responsible, organized and focused on finding solutions;
- You communicate well in English and want to improve in the energy field.
