Nature of work:
- Operational project management, coordination of daily activities and ensuring smooth operation of solar power plants and BESS;
- Planning and organizing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance visits;
- Coordination of internal technical resources, assignment of tasks, tracking and documentation of their execution; if necessary, coordination of subcontractors and assessment of associated risks;
- Ensuring compliance with contractual terms;
- Preparation of annual plans, preparation of monthly and other reports;
- Communication with third parties, customers, investors and other project participants;
- Control of procedures, their update and introduction into the system;
- Cost control and administration;
- Preparation, tracking and periodic update of design and operational documentation;
- Providing technical and organizational assistance to the team in performing daily, scheduled and operational tasks;
- Monitoring, evaluating and providing assistance to the dispatcher, especially in cases of failures or other technical malfunctions - planning of problem-solving actions, setting priorities and organizing the necessary resources;
- Analysis of technical problems, coordination of solutions and control of work performance, in order to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of solar power plants and BESS.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education; engineering or electrical engineering education is an advantage;
- You have experience in the field of electrical engineering and/or working with solar power plants and BESS;
- You have experience in project management;
- You have knowledge and experience in construction, operation and maintenance processes;
- You are characterized by analytical thinking, responsibility, organization and initiative;
- You are able to independently administer, distribute and manage tasks;
- You are able to respond quickly to technical problems, set priorities and coordinate their solution;
- You have good computer skills and experience working with various systems;
- You communicate well in English;
- You are receptive, strive to learn and improve.
