Apex Alliance is an international group engaged in the management and development of the world's most famous hotel chains, such as Hilton, Marriott and Radisson, in Europe. The company has already contributed to the opening of hotels in Italy, Romania, Latvia and Lithuania, and plans to further develop projects in Italy in the near future. Successfully expanding its operations in Italy, the company is currently inviting an MEP (Building Engineering Systems) Project Manager to join.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implementation of MEP systems in a hotel development project in Italy
  • Approval of the MEP design according to brand standards and operational requirements
  • Coordination of MEP consultants and contractors throughout the project
  • Supervision of installation quality and compliance on site
  • Ensuring compatibility of architectural, structural and MEP solutions
  • Management of MEP budget and deadlines
  • Ensuring compliance with Italian legislation and safety standards
  • Leading the testing, commissioning and systems handover processes
  • Supporting the pre-opening phase and reporting on progress, risks and issues

THE COMPANY OFFERS:

  • Salary: from 7,900 – 8,200 EUR gross (salary will depend on experience and competencies)
  • Full technical responsibility for MEP systems in a large-scale hotel development project

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of project management experience from construction to opening. In hotel development - an advantage
  • International knowledge; previous experience working abroad - a big advantage
  • Knowledge of the Italian construction environment - a big advantage
  • In-depth technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and PVS systems
  • Ability to coordinate technical stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English; Italian - a big advantage
  • Structured and disciplined approach to technical documentation and reporting
