We invite a Project Manager to join the Vilnius maintenance and sustainable development partner, contributing daily to the quality of life of the capital's residents.
Your main responsibilities:
- We will entrust you with new, ambitious projects (from idea to implementation) that will have an impact on the entire city of Vilnius.
- You will plan, coordinate and manage surface wastewater network development and reconstruction projects in Vilnius, ensuring the implementation of the planned project goals.
- You will plan projects taking into account the problematic surface wastewater management areas of Vilnius and the priority development directions of the networks.
- You will prepare technical specifications and initiate public procurement related to the implementation of ongoing projects.
- You will prepare and coordinate project implementation calendar schedules and budgets.
- You will control the progress of project implementation, risks and provide reports.
- You will monitor, evaluate and provide consultations on the implementation of innovations within the scope of implemented projects.
- You will communicate with design service providers, construction or public sector companies, and residents of Vilnius on project implementation issues.
- On behalf of the company, you will coordinate technical solutions for the construction of surface wastewater networks.
What do we expect from you:
- Has a higher education in engineering in the field of construction.
- Has a qualification certificate as a technical maintenance manager or project manager for a special structure in the field of water management (an advantage).
- Has at least 2 years of experience in project management in the water management sector.
- Able to create and maintain cooperative relationships.
- You are not afraid of large information flows - you have good analytical, organizational, task and time planning skills.
- Has oral and written knowledge of English (B1+ level).
- Knowledge of the regulatory requirements for the operation, maintenance and repair of surface wastewater engineering structures, wastewater networks, streets (roads).
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Has a driver's license that entitles you to drive category B vehicles.
