About the position
We are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to join the team, who will coordinate projects, ensure smooth cooperation between clients and internal teams, and contribute to the successful implementation of projects.
Primary responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and manage customer projects from order to final implementation.
- Communicate with existing and new customers in Lithuania and abroad.
- Coordinate cooperation between sales, production, quality and logistics departments.
- Organize the project progress, resolve issues and ensure timely information transfer.
- Participate in the process of introducing new products into production.
- Prepare project documentation and reports.
We hope you
- You have a higher education (in engineering, management or a related field).
- You have experience in project management in a manufacturing company (an advantage is in the plastics industry).
- You are able to read technical drawings and understand production processes.
- You speak English at least at B2 level.
- You are able to plan work, set priorities and work on several tasks at the same time.
- You are communicative, responsible, result-oriented.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or another ERP system is an advantage.
