Your responsibilities
- Project management from order receipt to successful implementation;
- Analysis of customer needs and preparation of individual offers;
- Coordination of the entire process: from the first contact and sale to order fulfillment and repeat sales;
- Search for new customers and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers;
- Development of repeat sales for existing customers;
- Work with technical documentation and close cooperation with the production team;
- Ensuring project quality, deadlines and customer expectations.
What do we expect from you?
- Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written;
- Customer orientation and ability to build long-term business relationships;
- Excellent organizational skills, responsibility and result orientation;
- Ability to independently plan work and effectively solve challenges;
- Technical education or experience in the field of advertising production (indoor and outdoor advertising solutions) would be an advantage.
