Project Manager

UAB "Nirlita LT" is looking for a project manager to join our team and help grow sales of specialized technical and industrial goods.

The main priority of this position is the development of the company's e-commerce and the growth of online sales. We are looking for someone who would not only administer the e-shop and incoming orders, but would also take responsibility for its consistent development - expand the assortment, improve the presentation of goods, analyze customer needs, look for new opportunities and initiate solutions that help grow sales.
This is a newly created position in the company, so the future team member will have the opportunity to actively contribute to its formation, offer their ideas and, together with the company, create a further direction for the development of e-commerce.

In order to professionally develop e-commerce of specialized goods, it is important to know the products themselves and their buyers well. Therefore, part of the daily work will also be customer service, consulting, and forming and sending orders at our physical store. This will allow you to get hands-on with the products, their applications, customer needs, and frequently asked questions.

• E-shop development and online sales growth;
• E-shop assortment expansion, inclusion of new products and product categories;
• Administration and updating of product information, descriptions, technical characteristics, prices and photos;
• Improvement of product presentation and information in the e-shop;
• Administration of online orders and customer inquiries;
• Monitoring of sales results, customer needs and most popular products;
• Initiation of new sales opportunities, promotions and special offers;
• Providing ideas and specific proposals on how to improve the e-shop and increase its sales;
• Cooperation with website, advertising and other specialists in implementing e-commerce development solutions;
• Customer service and professional consulting in the sales hall;
• Clarification of customer needs and selection of the most suitable products;
• Consultation on the purpose, technical characteristics and application of the products;
• Working with the cash register;
• Receiving, issuing and maintaining order in the store;
• Supervising the arrangement and display of goods;
• Cooperation with other company employees.

Our range includes industrial rubber and PVC hoses, technical rubber and paranits, plastics, sealing materials, fire-fighting equipment, work safety equipment and other industrial goods.

• Understanding the principles of e-commerce and readiness to fully engage in its development and take responsibility for the results of one's work;
• Commercial thinking and orientation towards sales growth;
• Initiative and independence - the ability not only to perform assigned tasks, but also to notice opportunities, propose solutions and take action to implement them;
• Technical thinking and the desire to fully understand the purpose and application of specialized goods;
• Ability to communicate with clients and professionally consult them;
• Ability to independently plan and organize one's work;
• Responsibility, diligence and organization;
• Good computer skills;
• Good oral and written English;
• Want to constantly learn and deepen knowledge;
• College or higher education;
• Category B driver's license.

Experience with the technical products we sell is not necessary. The most important thing is the ability and desire to learn and understand them, as product knowledge will be a natural part of everyday work.
