Your daily activities at work would be:
Lead teams of plumbers and coordinate their work at facilities;
Plan and organize the execution of project work, distribute work volumes and ensure effective use of available capacities;
Coordinate project implementation, monitor the progress of work and ensure compliance with scheduled deadlines and plans;
Ensure the quality of the work performed and compliance with ISO quality standards applied in the company;
Promptly resolve issues arising during project implementation and make decisions;
Analyze and improve work processes in order to increase operational efficiency and optimize costs;
Ensure compliance with employee safety, health and fire safety requirements.

Important abilities and skills:
Higher education in civil engineering or a similar field (advantage);
Work experience in the field of construction, plumbing or engineering systems is an advantage;
Successful experience in leading a team;
SSVA qualification certificate (advantage);
Excellent work planning, organization and coordination skills;
Ability to make independent decisions and promptly solve emerging problems;
Driver's license (category B);
Analytical and strategic thinking, result-oriented;
Responsibility, initiative and excellent communication skills.
