Your main tasks will be:

  • administer projects in accordance with the descriptions of project financing conditions and other documents regulating work procedures
  • consult applicants and process participants on project financing and project implementation issues
  • prepare reports on the implementation of assigned projects
  • participate in examining requests, inquiries, statements and complaints submitted by citizens, other persons, institutions and institutions within their competence and prepare responses to them
  • perform inspections of administered projects at the project implementation site and check data in registers
  • participate in meetings organized by owners of apartments and other premises in apartment buildings and other participants in the housing sector.

We hope you:

  • you have acquired at least a higher university or higher college education
  • you have at least 1 year of work experience in preparing, implementing or supervising projects financed from the state budget, European Union or other international financial instruments or working with the administration of apartment buildings
  • you have a valid driver's license, giving the right to drive category B vehicles.
