AREA OF IMPROVEMENT:
I am developing projects financed by the European Regional Development Fund of the European Union Funds Investment Programme 2021–2027, which aim to develop the infrastructure necessary for the transformation of social housing, institutional care, and the development of various social services, creating a more socially responsible Lithuania.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform project appraisal;
- Conclude project contracts;
- Supervise the implementation of activities and procurement contracts carried out in projects;
- Evaluate requests for changes to project contracts, additional project financing;
- Perform an assessment of the eligibility of costs declared in payment requests;
- Perform inspections at project implementation sites;
- Investigate discrepancies in project implementation;
- Consult project implementers on various issues related to project preparation and implementation;
- Manage large information flows.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Have knowledge related to the administration of European Union investments in Lithuania, the implementation of public procurement contracts, the construction process;
- Have prepared and/or evaluated, implemented and/or administered projects financed by the European Union;
- Have obtained a higher education;
- Work with a computer, office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.);
- Express your thoughts fluently and correctly in written and oral Lithuanian;
- Be able to read legal acts, analyze, systematize and summarize data and information, be able to anticipate problems and propose possible solutions;
- Be able to manage large information flows;
- Have a driver's license (category B).
THE FOLLOWING PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WOULD HELP YOU:
- In implementing and/or administering infrastructure projects financed by the European Regional Development Fund;
- Organizing, conducting and/or supervising public procurement;
- Preparing/evaluating investment projects.
WE OFFER:

- Salary from 2337 to 2912 euros (including taxes). We will negotiate the specific remuneration, and the result will depend on your experience and existing competencies;
- Bonuses (if the workload intensifies), one-time payments (for long-term work at CPVA and recommended candidates) and benefits (in case of an accident);
- The opportunity to work remotely throughout Lithuania indefinitely, in European countries - up to 6 months per year, if necessary and longer. However, part of the activities take place at the CPVA office in Vilnius;
