Project Manager | Construction Documentation and Construction Completion

Construction process management – from checking the compliance of design solutions with the SLD to coordinating construction completion procedures, including supervising cadastral works, preparing documentation and providing data to the IS “Infostatyba”.

Preparation, checking and completing construction documentation;
Preparation of documentation for construction completion and object handover procedures;
Analysis of design and technical documentation;
Verification of compliance of documents with the STR and other requirements in the construction field;
Identification of missing documents and coordination of their collection;
Communication with customers, designers, contractors, technical supervisors and other project participants;
Control of project deadlines and task execution;
Administration of information and documentation in the CRM system;

Coordination of several projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of STR (Construction Technical Regulations) and the ability to apply them in practice;

understanding of construction processes and construction documentation;
ability to read and analyze design and technical documentation;
ability to independently plan work and meet deadlines;
responsibility, diligence and attention to detail;
good communication and organizational skills;
ability to work in a team;

good computer skills.

2600-3300 €/mon. gross
Fixed salary + variable bonus based on achieved results.
