• you have at least a higher university education in the field of civil engineering (bachelor's degree) or an equivalent higher education qualification;
• you have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of civil engineering;
• you are familiar with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the maintenance, repair, reconstruction and construction of transport communications, technical regulations for construction, local government and public administration;
• you are familiar with the requirements of the Rules for the Preparation of Documents and Recommendations for the Preparation of Draft Legal Acts;
• you know how to work with a computer using the MS Office software package.

The official remuneration coefficients range from 1.75-2.19 (from 3,150 to 3,937 EUR before taxes).
