Main responsibilities:
- Project initiation, planning and implementation control (timelines, budget, scope) according to the PMBOK principles-based methodology.
- Preparation of project documentation: plans, schedules, reports, change management.
- Risk, communication and stakeholder management.
- Project progress monitoring, indicator analysis and optimization proposals.
Requirements
- Higher university education in engineering (bachelor's degree or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of project management experience in the construction field (in the role of project manager).
- Knowledge of construction processes and legal regulations.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, IPMA, etc.).
- English language at least B1 level.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to reconcile the interests of different stakeholders.
