What will you do?
- Plan and manage budgets and resources for construction projects.
- Analyze financial indicators of projects and ensure the achievement of set goals.
- Coordinate the entire construction process, control the progress, quality and deadlines.
- Cooperate with clients, designers, subcontractors and other project partners.
- Evaluate design solutions and look for the most effective ways to implement them.
- Organize construction work and ensure smooth project implementation.
- Administer project documentation and plan financial flows.
Employee requirements

- Have a higher engineering education.
- Have successfully worked as a project manager in the construction industry.
- You are able to make decisions, effectively plan and manage processes.
- You work well with AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project and other professional programs.
- You are result-oriented, responsible, organized and proactive.
- You have a category B driver's license.
