Job Description:

  • You will work with clients and insurance brokers in the transport and logistics sector, building and strengthening long-term business relationships.
  • You will analyze customer needs, prepare insurance offers, negotiate insurance terms with brokers and clients, participate in negotiations and coordinate the smooth implementation of insurance solutions.
  • You will achieve sales goals and contribute to the implementation of the sales strategy.
  • You will ensure high quality customer and partner service.
  • You will cooperate with other departments of the company at all stages of the implementation of insurance solutions - from negotiating terms to adjusting claims.

We expect that YOU:

  • You have a university degree or equivalent.
  • You have accumulated knowledge and experience in the field of insurance.
  • You have good command of English.
  • You are excellent at using computers and digital tools.
  • You have strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • You are able to work effectively in a team and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • You are proactive, responsible, result-oriented and constantly improving.
  • You follow high standards of business ethics.

Salary: €2,500 - €3,500/month. excluding taxes, including monthly and quarterly bonuses for sales results.
