Our client is an experienced design company that has been contributing to the development of Lithuanian infrastructure for more than two decades, creating modern engineering solutions. The company specializes in the design of roads, streets, communications, hydraulic engineering and other engineering structures, as well as providing project management and consulting services. The team works with projects of various scales - from local roads and streets to complex infrastructure facilities, contributing to the creation of a sustainable and safe environment.
Nature of work:
- coordinate the work of several engineers-designers;
- evaluate the received task for design, distribute tasks to the team according to competencies, manage the progress of all parts / stages of the project;
- communicate with the client and state institutions on related issues (participation in commissions, coordination, changes, construction permit, etc.);
- act as an intermediary between the client, coordination institutions and designers;
- if necessary, advise and assist team members in finding suitable solutions;
- communicate with contractors on technical / engineering issues of the project.
Expectations for the candidate:
- related engineering education;
- project management experience (design, construction);
- team management experience, empathy for team members;
- know the legal framework, understand accompanying documents;
- be able to read, evaluate the project, evaluate solutions;
- experience in solving related situations, problems;
- category B driver's license (company car is available for business trips).
