Project Manager (International Projects)

BlackCloud Global is a fast-growing company working with the largest data center projects across Europe (Microsoft, Amazon, Google, TikTok).
We are looking for a Project Manager who can effectively manage projects in an international environment and ensure their smooth implementation from planning to execution.
This position is designed for long-term assignments on projects abroad - most of the time you will work together with teams at the facilities.
This is a role for people who want to not only plan, but also ensure the real implementation of projects.

· Manage project implementation, ensuring deadlines, quality and efficiency;
· Ensure smooth execution of work at the facility, coordinating teams and managing processes;
· Ensure clear communication with the team, customers and partners;
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;
· Continuously improve processes and work organization in projects;
· Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the highest occupational safety requirements;
· Resolve problems promptly and appropriately.

· Project management experience (advantage – in technical or construction projects);
· Willingness to work on long-term assignments abroad and a clear understanding that this is a permanent part of this role;
· Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
· Ability to quickly adapt to a changing project environment;
· Ability to quickly and appropriately respond to various situations;
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
· Good computer literacy skills (MS Office, project management tools, etc.);
· Ability to “feel the temperature of the project” - understand the mood, progress and potential risks of the teams;
· Initiative and quick learning;
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
· Patience and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and decision-making environment;
· Demanding first of all on oneself and the ability to work constructively with the team to achieve results;
· A clear understanding that projects have zero tolerance for safety violations and the highest quality standards are applied;
· An understanding that leadership must be accompanied by appropriate competencies.

· Experience in technical / construction / infrastructure projects;
· Experience working on international projects;
· Experience working on sites / with clients, contractors, subcontractors;
· Knowledge of project management methodologies.
