Project Manager

We are looking for someone who not only plans projects, but also ensures real results in the field of food production. One of the first projects is the development initiative of modern bakery and confectionery production: process improvement and implementation of new solutions.

Job description:
Project management from idea to implementation (in the food / bakery field);
Coordination of internal teams and external partners;
Implementation of production development and process efficiency projects;
Control of deadlines, budget, risks and scope;
Ensuring smooth communication;
Problem solving and decision-making;
Preparation of project progress reports.

WORK PLACE - IN TELŠIUS

Higher education (in management, business, engineering, food technology or similar field);
At least 2 years of project management work experience;
Ability to work with different teams (experience in production is a great advantage);
Organization, responsibility, result orientation;
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or similar) is an advantage;
Good knowledge of English.

Ability to solve problems and perseverance in achieving goals.

2500 €/mon. net
Salary from €2,500 in cash*
