We are looking for an experienced and energetic Project Manager who would contribute to ensuring the cleanliness, order and highest quality standards of the representative part of Vilnius - the Old Town.

Your main responsibilities:
- City cleanliness and order: to take care of impeccable order in the city of Vilnius.
- Project implementation: to lead the project of sanitary cleaning of the territory of the Old Town of Vilnius in accordance with the established requirements.
- Work organization supervision: to monitor territory maintenance works and ensure the quality of work at the facilities.
- Response to situations: to promptly respond to complaints, reports and actual circumstances on the spot.
- Resource management: to manage the technical resources necessary for the implementation of the project (large and small mechanization).
- Team management: to lead the team, plan and organize the daily execution of work.
- Quality improvement: to provide conclusions and recommendations for improving the quality of work and processes.
- Documentation and procurement: to prepare project documents in a high-quality and timely manner and prepare materials for public procurement (technical specifications, descriptions).
What do we expect from you:
- Have a higher education (preferably in management, engineering or related fields).
- Management experience in the field of territory maintenance or cleaning and at least 2 years of project management experience are required.
- You are proficient in MS Office basic programs.
- You are distinguished by the ability to manage, accumulate, systematize, summarize and present conclusions, as well as analytical skills.
- You have a very good command of the Lithuanian language, both written and spoken (knowledge of other languages is a great advantage).
- You are communicative and able to smoothly convey thoughts and cooperate.
- You have a driver's license (category B).
