Baltic Tower Company UAB develops and manages passive telecommunications infrastructure in the Baltic States. Operating under a master service agreement with Tele2 (MSA), the company manages a portfolio of ground-based communication towers and rooftops, ensuring a reliable telecommunications infrastructure.
You will be responsible for the passive infrastructure of all Baltic Tower Company properties in Lithuania – ground-based communication towers and rooftops, for Tele2 and future tenants.
Your main goal is to ensure the reliability of the structures by performing inspections, organizing repairs, modernizations and installing new passive infrastructure objects. The work will mainly involve coordinating the work of subcontractors.

Your main goal is to ensure the reliability of the structures by performing inspections, organizing repairs, modernizations and installing new passive infrastructure objects. The work will mainly involve coordinating the work of subcontractors.
OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- Plan and carry out inspections of telecommunications towers and structures, identify technical violations (corrosion, stresses, damage) and coordinate their elimination with contractors.
- Assess the structural capacity of objects, prepare strengthening and modernization solutions and supervise their implementation.
- Coordinate projects of new towers and rooftop infrastructure - from planning and tenders to permits and engineering connections.
- Manage and administer subcontractors, contracts, work quality, deadlines and project budgets up to €150,000.
- Identify structural risks, coordinate actions in case of incidents and prepare necessary reports.
- Monitor technical documentation and data accuracy in systems, prepare project reports in English.
- Ensure compliance of documentation with Tele2's MSA (Master Service Agreement), internal checklists and agreed procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in project coordination, engineering, construction, telecommunications, energy or infrastructure.
- Experience in organizing tenders, conducting contractor selection and administering subcontracts.
- Attention to detail and ability to consistently follow up on tasks.
- Ability to plan and manage projects: create schedules, manage resources, budgets and assess risks, coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Experience in Excel and using artificial intelligence to facilitate daily tasks.
