Nature of work
Execute and coordinate assigned EU projects in the waste management sector;
To carry out and participate in public procurement (with the rights of a commission member) in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts;
Communicate with implementing institutions (CPVA, APVA), representatives of regional municipalities and other institutions according to competence;
Supervise the implementation of project activities and procurement contracts;
Conduct public procurement;
Work with the computer databases of the government and management institutions of the Republic of Lithuania and EU institutions.

Employee requirements
- At least a higher university education with a bachelor's degree or an equivalent education or a higher college education with a professional bachelor's degree or an equivalent education;
- At least 1 year of work experience working with projects financed by the European Union Cohesion Fund or other international financial instruments;
- To be familiar with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the administration and execution documents of European Union financial support programs and European Union funds;
- Experience in public procurement;
- Work on a computer with the Microsoft Office software package; to use Internet services, computer databases of government and management institutions of the Republic of Lithuania and EU institutions.
