Today we are taking another step forward - we will strengthen our renewable energy development direction and are looking for an experienced Project Manager who would contribute to the development of new wind farms in Lithuania from idea to implementation.

Responsibilities:
- You will manage wind farm development projects from the early stage to commissioning.
- You will organize the selection of contractors and equipment suppliers, participate in negotiations, initiate the coordination and signing of contracts, their execution and control.
- You will organize and supervise the implementation of the conditions for connection to the electricity grid in cooperation with network operators.
- You will manage the project budget, deadlines, risk and quality, ensuring smooth cooperation between all interested parties (municipalities, communities, landowners, contractors, customers, consultants).
- You will represent the company in public hearings, negotiations, meetings with contractors, external institutions, branch office.
- You will follow market, legislative and technological innovations in the field of renewable energy and apply them in your work.
- You will cooperate closely with internal engineering, legal and finance departments.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing/administering/constructing renewable energy (wind, solar or similar) projects in Lithuania is a must.
- Higher education (in energy, construction, environmental protection, engineering or related field).
- Knowledge of territorial planning, construction permit issuance and EIA processes.
- Ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills – ability to find a common language with institutions, communities and business partners.
- Analytical thinking, responsibility and result orientation.
- Driving license (category B).
- Very good knowledge of English.
