Apex Alliance is an international group engaged in the management and development of the world's most famous hotel chains, such as Hilton, Marriott and Radisson, in Europe. The company has already contributed to the opening of hotels in Italy, Romania, Latvia and Lithuania, and in the near future plans to continue developing projects in Italy.
Successfully expanding its activities, the company is currently inviting a Project Manager to join.

NATURE OF WORK:
- Hotel development project in Italy
- Full project cycle coordination with local project managers — from design, construction to commissioning
- Project planning, management and implementation
- Preparation of project budget and schedule, responsibility for project budget execution and cost control
- Supervision of FF&E and OS&E planning, procurement and installation processes
- Coordination of brand standards and technical compliance
- Coordination of designers, contractors and suppliers and schedule management
- Relations with local government and institutions, coordination of obtaining permits
- Provision of structured reports to the Group (weekly / monthly)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of project management experience from construction to opening. In hotel development – an advantage
- International knowledge; previous experience working abroad is a great advantage
- Strong project financial and budget planning and management skills
- Ability to identify and manage project risks
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in different countries and cultures
- Fluency in English; Italian is a great advantage
- Structured and disciplined approach to technical documentation and reporting
- Knowledge of the Italian construction environment is a great advantage
THE COMPANY OFFERS:
- Salary: from 7,900 – 8,200 EUR gross (salary will depend on experience and competencies) + bonuses
