In this position you:
- You will manage and develop assigned clients and projects on a daily basis, monitor client needs, employee engagement and project results;
- You will coordinate employees working on projects, resolve daily situations and ensure smooth project progress;
- You will coordinate employee-related processes – hiring, firing, timekeeping and other administrative actions, ensuring compliance with established procedures and procedures;
- You will collaborate with selection and other internal teams, looking for the most suitable solutions for clients, projects and employees;
- You will identify project growth opportunities and transfer them to the Project Development Manager;
- You will monitor monthly project results, costs and profitability, identify deviations and plan necessary actions.

We hope you:
- You have a university or higher education and at least 1 year of experience working with clients or in personnel management;
- You speak English at B1–B2 level;
- You are able to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs, notice growth opportunities and together find the most suitable solutions;
- You are organized and able to independently coordinate several projects, plan work, set priorities, track results and respond to deviations in a timely manner;
- You feel good working with people - you are able to maintain contact with project staff, resolve emerging situations, coordinate work schedules and ensure employee continuity;
- Your strength is clear communication and cooperation: you are able to quickly assess the situation, make decisions and find the most suitable solutions together with clients and internal teams;
- You understand the main financial indicators of projects - income, costs and margin - and are able to ensure accurate and timely accounting of working time, in accordance with labor law requirements and internal procedures;
- Have a category B driver's license and own car.
