We are looking for an proactive and responsible Project Manager who would be responsible for organizing electrical works at industrial facilities in foreign countries.
We are looking for an proactive and responsible Project Manager who would be responsible for organizing electrical works at industrial facilities in foreign countries.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of electrical installation projects in Scandinavia and Western European countries;
- Form, manage and motivate employee teams (~70 employees under our supervision);
- Plan work schedules and organize employee rotation;
- Ensure the quality of work, adherence to deadlines and appropriate safety and quality standards;
- Communicate with customers and be their main contact person in the project;
- Initiate and implement project management and company process improvement solutions;
- Go on short-term business trips to project implementation countries.
We expect the project manager to:
- Higher university education (electrical engineering, electrotechnics or similar);
- At least 2-3 years of experience in project management (in the fields of construction, engineering or manufacturing);
- Excellent English (not lower than B1) and good Russian (about A2) language skills – oral and written;
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and the team;
- Strategic thinking, sense of responsibility and leadership skills;
- Flexibility, initiative and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
