We are currently looking for a responsible, organized and customer-oriented team member who would be able to effectively coordinate technical work, maintain relationships with business clients and ensure smooth service provision. What interesting tasks would you expect in this position?
- Active communication and maintenance of long-term relationships with the company's existing business clients in Vilnius.
- Organization of troubleshooting and repair work by building and engineering systems contractors and technicians.
- Control of work deadlines, quality and profitability indicators.
- Identification of customer needs and proposal of effective, timely solutions.
- Preparation of commercial proposals.
- Provision of monthly reports to clients and management.
- Provision of proposals for improving and refining customer service processes.
We hope that
- You have a university or higher education; engineering education is a great advantage.
- You are able to build and maintain good relationships with clients, partners and colleagues.
- You are organized, able to plan time and negotiate effectively.
- You understand the principles of engineering systems.
- You are interested in the operation of building engineering systems, their management and maintenance solutions.
- You speak Lithuanian fluently.
- You have a driver's license and a car.
