In addition to the project manager, we are also looking for a project engineer/assistant to join the team - someone who would like to take their first steps in project management and improve in this area.
Your responsibilities:
- Full project management cycle - from initial ideas and planning to final implementation;
- Project schedule creation and monitoring;
- Communication with customers, suppliers and the team;
- Solving emerging problems promptly and effectively;
- Monitoring contracts, budgets and deadlines;
- Team coordination and ensuring information flows.
Requirements:
- Higher university education in engineering or management;
- ≥3 years of construction/production project management experience;
- Knowledge of MS Project software;
- Excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills;
- Knowledge of PMP, Prince2 or other project management methodologies is an advantage.
