Responsibilities in the project:
- Cooperation with clients and subcontractors on project(s) management issues;
- Budget planning of construction project(s) and allocation of necessary resources;
- Effective planning and organization of construction works and control of deadlines;
- Anticipation and resolution of problems;
- Ensuring high quality standards;
- Administration of project documentation.
Required competences:
- Higher education in engineering/construction (MANDATORY);
- You have at least 5 years of experience in construction project management;
- You have successfully implemented at least one construction project worth more than 10 million euros (advantage);
- Ability to independently plan and organize work;
- Responsibility, organization, good communication skills.
