Project Manager

Plan, coordinate and ensure the timely implementation of infrastructure projects, in accordance with the established budget and quality requirements;
Organize and supervise the implementation of building reconstruction, engineering infrastructure renewal and other technical projects;
Coordinate the work of contractors, designers, technical maintenance and internal departments throughout the project implementation;
Prepare technical tasks, participate in the preparation of technical specifications and initiate public procurement related to projects;
Manage project risks, identify possible deviations and propose solutions to ensure effective project implementation;
Monitor the progress of projects, control compliance with deadlines, budget use and prepare project status reports;
Cooperate with Vilnius City Municipality institutions, contractors, suppliers and other interested parties on project implementation issues;
Contribute to the improvement, standardization and efficiency of project management processes in the Company.

Higher university education in engineering, construction, project management, transport or another related field;
At least 2-3 years of project management experience in implementing infrastructure, construction, reconstruction or engineering projects;
Experience in coordinating the work of contractors, designers or technical maintenance (an advantage);
Ability to plan project budgets, deadlines, manage risks and ensure control over project implementation;
Understanding of construction processes, technical documentation, public procurement or work with technical specifications;
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile or others);
Ability to work independently, make decisions and effectively cooperate with different stakeholders;
Good computer skills (MS Office);
Experience working with project management systems would be an advantage;
Excellent Lithuanian language skills and English language proficiency at least B2 level;
Responsibility, initiative, good communication and organizational skills.
