  • You are energetic, proactive and want to improve in the field of real estate development.
  • You have excellent analytical skills and have good information management skills.
  • You are results-oriented and able to react quickly and appropriately in various situations.
  • You have a university or higher education (in the field of Civil Engineering - an advantage).
  • You have experience in real estate project management (an advantage).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Successful project implementation in collaboration with architects, builders and other colleagues working on the project.
  • Active communication with clients (coordination, informing about completed work).
  • Maintaining and tracking key project performance indicators, analyzing estimates and transmitting information to
managers.
  • Organization and control: searching for new contractors and architects, discussing conditions, negotiations, preparing tender materials, presenting to the client and concluding contracts.
  • Budget management: checking accounts before submitting to accounting, budget monitoring.
  • Administration of construction documentation, archiving, handing over of objects, and sometimes - inspections of objects.
