BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Development of residential projects from obtaining a building permit to handing over the keys to the client;
- Management of designers, construction contractors;
- Verification of project documentation and finding rational solutions;
- Preparation and control of construction project schedules;
- Preparation, management and control of construction project budgets;
- Organization of selection of construction contractors, administration of contracts;
- Handover of completed objects to institutions;
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have a higher education in construction engineering, real estate management or a related field;
- You have at least 3 years of experience in project development in the construction sector;
- You have successfully implemented at least 2 special construction projects from start to finish;
- You have experience in the field of residential project development (an advantage);
- You have good knowledge of construction processes, technical regulations and legal requirements;
- You have experience in managing project budgets, schedules, contractors and designers;
- You have strong planning, negotiation, communication and time management skills;
