Tasks and responsibilities:
- Active customer search by phone (cold calls) and cooperation with interested parties regarding grave maintenance services;
- Preparation of individual solutions for clients: estimates, proposals, visualizations;
- Project coordination: from contract conclusion to completion of grave maintenance work;
- Cooperation with craftsmen, suppliers, designers, supervision of work;
- Consulting clients on materials, grave design, maintenance solutions;
- Participation in developing new services and improving customer experience.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher education, knowledge of foreign languages (Russian is an advantage);
- Experience in project management, sales or the service sector (an advantage);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Independence, sense of responsibility and result orientation;
- Ability to work with technical information, visualizations or drawings;
- Driver's license (Cat. B) and the ability to travel to customers;
- Understanding that the work requires patience and respect.
