In this job you:
- Initiate, plan and manage projects related to improving the efficiency of store operations, standardizing processes, digitizing and other initiatives.
- Coordinate project activities from idea to full implementation, ensuring project deadlines, budget and quality standards.
- Analyze store performance data, identify problems, provide recommendations and initiate solutions.
- Implement changes together with the store network, IT, supply chain, commerce and other internal departments.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, risk assessments, status reports.
- Ensure smooth change management in stores: communication, training, documentation.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented projects, evaluate results, propose improvements.
- Collaborate with external partners (suppliers, contractors, consultants) when relevant to projects.
We expect you to:
- Higher education;
- Experience in project management (preferably in the retail or FMCG sector);
- Good computer skills (MS Office programs, email programs);
- Good English language skills (written and spoken);
- Strategic and analytical thinking;
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
