🔘Smooth cooperation with the client, subcontractors, etc.;
🔘Planning, organizing and supervising construction projects, budget monitoring and analysis;
🔘Determining resource and material needs, ensuring effective use of planned resources;
🔘Controlling the quantities of materials and work performed, adherence to the quality schedule, checking and accepting completed work;
🔘Preparing and managing technical documentation;
🔘Ensuring effective communication during the project, managing subcontractors, leading subordinate employees;
🔘Conducting constructive negotiations with project parties;
🔘Organizing tenders for the selection of subcontractors: preparing tender documentation, searching for subcontractors, analyzing received offers.

🔘Higher or higher technical - engineering education;
🔘At least 3 years of work experience as a project manager in large projects;
🔘Knowledge of public procurement and contract execution;
🔘Knowledge of construction processes and technologies;
🔘Qualification certificate, giving the right to hold the position of construction manager of a special structure (advantage);
🔘Knowledge of construction and technological processes;
🔘Effective time planning, result orientation, initiative;
🔘Independence, excellent organizational skills, communication skills;
🔘Responsibility and ability to solve problems.
