Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Project Manager to the Artea Bank team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will lead the Bank’s most strategically important projects, ensuring their successful implementation on time, within budget and within the agreed scope;
- You will be responsible for all project elements: budget, schedule, scope, documentation, communication, human resources, risks, stakeholders according to good project management practices and methodologies;
- I will collaborate with external service providers and other partners;
- You will act as the main intermediary between business needs and technical solutions, effectively managing stakeholder expectations;
- You will be a change initiator, contributing to the improvement of the Bank's project management culture;
- You will be involved in the development of the "PMO" function across the organization.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of project management experience in managing organizational, process, IT or transformation projects (experience in the financial sector is an advantage);
- Practical experience using project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence);
- Ability to apply AGILE, PMI (PMBOK), PRINCE2 and other standards in practice. Project Management Certificate - an advantage;
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and mobilize teams for a common goal;
- Fluent communication in English, both written and oral;
- Analytical and strategic thinking, ability to see the broader business context;
- High emotional intelligence, allowing you to effectively collaborate with specialists in various fields and at all levels of the organization;
