Main responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and manage the implementation of construction projects at all project stages
- Organize the work of project participants and ensure effective cooperation to achieve the intended goals
- Manage project deadlines, budget, risks and resources, ensuring smooth project progress
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety and contractual requirements
- Collaborate with clients, designers, contractors, technical maintenance specialists and other stakeholders
- Analyze emerging challenges, assess risks and initiate solutions for successful project implementation
- Prepare project reports, monitor project indicators and provide information to stakeholders
- Coordinate contract execution and ensure implementation of contractual obligations
- Contribute to the improvement of project management processes, methods and best practices
- Ensure successful implementation of construction and infrastructure projects, adhering to the highest quality and efficiency standards
What do we expect?
- Higher Engineering education in construction or other engineering fields
- Experience in managing construction, infrastructure or other engineering projects - an advantage
- Knowledge of construction processes, ability to read technical documentation and orientation in Lithuanian construction legal regulations
- Experience in managing contractors, planning project budgets, deadlines and risks
- Ability to independently plan work, make decisions and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
- Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs; experience with MS Project or other project management software would be an advantage
- Responsibility, initiative, analytical thinking and result orientation
