Nature of work
- Coordination of the implementation of integrated marketing projects: management of advertising campaigns, sales promotions, contests, lotteries, events, activations and special projects from the approved idea to the full project closure;
- Coordination of creative, production and communication processes: implementation of POSM, packaging, advertising materials, video, audio, visual, digital and social media communication projects in cooperation with the internal team and external partners;
- Cooperation with designers, production partners, IT suppliers, media partners, lawyers and other external contractors;
- Coordination of cooperation with retail chains, suppliers, contractors and other partners, ensuring smooth implementation of projects;
- Communication with clients regarding project implementation details, deadlines and results;
- Search, selection and relationship maintenance of project partners;
- Monitoring of campaign results, preparation of reports and analysis of project results;
- Ensuring that all projects are implemented on time, within budget and achieving the intended goals.
Employee requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in marketing, advertising or communication;
- Experience in coordinating and managing several projects at the same time;
- Good skills in working with the MS Office program package;
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate clearly and constructively with clients, partners and team members;
- Responsibility, independence and the ability to ensure smooth implementation of work from start to finish;
- Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level);
- Category B driver's license;
- Knowledge of German - an advantage;
- Experience working with the artificial intelligence tool "Claude" - an advantage;
- Skills in working with the Adobe Photoshop program - an advantage.
