Dare to act!
- You will implement apartment building renovation (modernization) projects throughout the entire project cycle;
- You will implement design contracts according to deadlines and budget - from the beginning of design to the signing of contract works, coordination of designers' work and cooperation between the client, designer and institutions;
- You will ensure effective cooperation between the client, designers, institutions and communities - you will manage their expectations, ensure smooth implementation of contracts;
- You will cooperate with interested parties, manage meetings and presentations;
- You will be responsible for the quality of projects, ensuring that technical solutions are rational and justified;
- You will ensure compliance of projects with legal acts regulating construction and renovation processes.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher education in the field of architecture or engineering;
- Excellent working skills in Autodesk AutoCAD package programs;
- Work experience in the field of construction project management;
- Ability to analyze and apply legal acts related to building design, construction work and renovation (modernization) of apartment buildings;
- Driver's license (category B).
