We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for the creative agency Havas Vilnius, part of the HAVAS group, which manages 7 agencies in Lithuania. Often, colleagues from different agencies work on one project. We also carry out a number of international projects across the three Baltic States.

What does a project manager do at our agency?
- Communicates with clients, reviews their tasks.
- Plans team work, ensures that we fit into the planned timeline and deadline.
- Takes care of the financial part of the project.
- Initiates, organizes and assumes full responsibility for project-related meetings.
- Evaluates project effectiveness and measures results.
- Resolves issues and challenges that arise during the project.
What experiences, knowledge and competencies will help you succeed?
- At least 1 year of experience in an agency.
- Strategic and critical thinking.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze information, delve into the situation and make decisions.
- Communicative skills, ability to negotiate with different people.
- Excellent knowledge of social networks (and advertising on them).
- Knowledge of e-commerce and digital advertising would be a great advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
