Project Manager

AUGMA is one of the largest fruit and vegetable import and trading companies in the Baltic States. For more than 30 years, we have been ensuring that fresh fruits and vegetables from Lithuania and around the world reach our customers and store shelves.

We are currently developing the direction of fresh, ready-to-eat products. One of its main parts is our own freshly squeezed juices, but we will not stop there.

We are looking for a Project Manager who would take on the development of this direction - from product and production to customer service, sales and profitability.

Development and sales growth of freshly squeezed juices and other fresh, ready-to-eat products;
Active work with existing and potential customers - search for new customers and sales channels, product presentation, preparation of commercial offers and introduction of products into the customer range;
Monitoring market and customer needs, search for new products and business opportunities;
Development of product range, packaging, positioning and sales promotion solutions;
Involvement in production planning and coordination, combining production volumes with sales needs;
Analysis of sales, cost, profitability, raw material usage and losses and search for solutions to improve results;
Close cooperation with commercial, purchasing, production, quality and logistics teams.

You have experience in sales, product development or project management. Experience in the FMCG sector is a great advantage;
You have experience in working with customers and selling products;
You are able not only to coordinate processes, but also to actively seek new business and sales opportunities;
You have good communication and negotiation skills;
You are proactive, independent and result-oriented;
You are able to analyze results, plan and make decisions;
You have good English.

2000-2500 €/mon. net
The specific salary will depend on the candidate's experience and competencies.
