The LKA Defense Analysis Center provides support to the national defense system by preparing analyses and reviews, organizing strategic-level qualification courses and events in the field of national security and defense.

Project Manager Functions:
- coordinates the implementation of courses organized by the Defence Analysis Centre;
- prepares and administers course documentation;
- plans the costs and implementation of goods and services necessary for organizing courses;
- coordinates the preparation of course reports and provides information about courses to interested parties;
- analyzes feedback and other data related to the implementation of courses and, based on the results obtained, provides recommendations for improving the organization of courses;
- cooperates with other Lithuanian and foreign institutions on issues of organizing courses within its competence;
- contributes to the implementation of other events organized by the Defence Analysis Centre within its competence.

- has a university degree or equivalent (master's degree);
- has at least 2 years of work experience in project management;
- has experience in organizing events and/or training;
- knows English at least at B2 level.
