Dare to act!
- Plan, organize and implement apartment building renovation (modernization) projects from the start of construction contracting work to project completion;
- Manage the activities of contractors and subcontractors and ensure smooth execution of construction works in accordance with the planned deadlines, budget and contractual obligations;
- Analyze and administer design and technical documentation;
- Cooperate with contractors, technical supervisors and other interested parties, promptly resolve issues arising during project implementation;
- Ensure compliance of projects with legal acts regulating construction and renovation processes.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher education in civil engineering, construction or similar field;
- Work experience and skills in project management;
- Ability to read technical drawings and analyze project documentation;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to analyze and apply legal acts related to building design, construction work and renovation (modernization) of apartment buildings;
- Driver's license (category B).
