Nature of work

  • Organization and coordination of the design process from project initiation to completion;
  • Coordination and control of the work of the design team, project part managers and subcontractors;
  • Ensuring compatibility of design solutions, project quality and adherence to deadlines;
  • Resolving technical and organizational issues during design;
  • Communication with customers, public administration institutions, experts, contractors and other project participants;
  • Coordination of the process of preparing and coordinating project documentation;
  • Supervision of the work of other project managers and assistance in solving more complex project situations;

Employee requirements

  • Higher education in the field of architecture;
  • Architect qualification certificate;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a Project Manager position and team coordination/management experience;
  • Good working skills in AutoCAD, ZWCAD, Revit or similar design software;
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and make decisions in a dynamic environment;
  • Responsibility, systematic thinking, result orientation and good communication skills;
